Vp Rail is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for colleagues needing technical assistance across the business. You will deliver professional, customer-focused support, resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring an excellent end-user experience.
You will work within the IT Service Desk team supporting a modern Microsoft 365 environment, logging and managing tickets through TOPdesk, and contributing to continuous service improvements.
