Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded Commercial Property Solicitor to take the reins of a well-respected regional team and shape its future. The role comes with Associate Director status and a seat on the management team with a clear and realistic path to Board level.

You’ll be stepping into a well-run and profitable real estate team that is in a strong position but ready for its next chapter. The goal over the next 12 months is to steady the ship and create a solid foundation for future growth just as the firm has successfully done in other departments.

• 58 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
• Comfortable running a varied caseload including leases, sales & purchases, refinancing, corporate support and some agricultural matters
• Confident supervising junior team members and liaising across departments
• Commercially astute with some BD experience
• Gravitas and ambition to grow into a Board role
• Ideally from a mid-sized or smaller firm with well-rounded experience

• Tailored departmental profit-share bonus available for those with a following
• Flexible working hours (with ability to bank hours)
• 50% hybrid typically three days in the Harrogate office with travel to York and Leeds as needed
