AboutThe Role
Across the region we support individuals to live inclusive and fulfilling lives both at home and within their community through Active Support. Key aspects of this role are to help shape and deliver the strategy in your areas of influence and across the wider Trust.
Who Were Looking ForGreat care is dependent on a great team, so youll have strong leadership and coaching skills along with a desire to help develop your team and support progression. You may well be an experienced Manager working in a different setting, or someone who is seeking their next challenge. Youll have the passion for supporting individuals to live their best possible lives with a strong commitment to Equality, Diversion and Inclusion.
