An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join a growing, high performing organisation. • Support the day to day running of the department
• Coach and motivate sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA regulations
• Promote the adoption of company vision and values across your team
• Maintain high service standards to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Previous experience as a Team Leader/Manager in an FCA regulated environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver results
• Strong customer service focus and understanding of the sales process
• High IT literacy and organisational skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Positive, results driven, and enthusiastic attitude
