Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Manager located in Harrogate. The Support Manager will oversee day‑to‑day Health and Safety and support operation teams in ensuring our facilities provide a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for our service users. Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping team, troubleshooting issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing customer interactions through excellent service delivery.

The role also includes developing and assisting with health and safety strategies, training team members, and enhancing processes for improved service quality.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience and skills in facilities support and health and safety.
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction abilities.
  • Expertise in soft services and resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Excellent team management and training skills to oversee and develop your team.
  • Ability to work on‑site with high professionalism and focus.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • IOSH certificate.
  • IWFM level 4 or experience in FM management role.
