Bettys & Taylors Group is seeking an inspirational Operations Leader to take on the Line Lead role in our Harrogate factory. You will head a line structure with a Process Lead and Maintenance Lead, guiding a team of ~20 operators across five 24/5 shifts, driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead on training, performance, and problem solving, using IWS methodologies to deliver proper brews through our Operating Model.
