Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Machine Operator, Production Associate / Production Line
This position operates fully on-site at our Harrogate facility. Set up and operate production printing equipment according to technical specifications and safety rules. Conduct regular quality checks to verify correct formatting, text alignment, and design accuracy. Maintain an organized work area, executing standard operating procedures to keep a high level of efficiency. Troubleshoot simple machinery or equipment issues and escalates advanced maintenance concerns promptly.
Assist with recording production data, logging material utilization, and organizing product batches for dispatch.
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing or fast-paced production environment.
- Prior experience using Sakurai / INO print machines is a big plus.
- High attention to detail with an ability to follow specific technical guides and instructions closely.
- Strong team spirit with the willingness to collaborate and adapt to flexible shift cycles.
- Proficiency in handling machinery operations or digital/rotary printing devices safely.
- Strong written & verbal communication abilities to log parameters accurately.
