Ward Manager – Cygnet Hospital Harrogate
We are looking for a professional, confident Ward Manager who can lead, inspire and oversee the delivery of the very best care. Youll be working 38.5 hours a week at Cygnet Hospital Harrogate.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and oversee the delivery of high‑quality care across two acute wards.
- Coordinate and support a multidisciplinary team including consultant psychiatrists, doctors, a therapy team and nursing therapists.
- Ensure the ward operates safely, effectively and meets service standards.
