We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with Nursing Home experience, excellent clinical decision-making, and the confidence to lead teams while delivering outstanding care to residents with dementia, complex needs and long-term conditions.

Flexible hours are available, and our nursing shifts usually follow a rolling pattern across 7 days, including alternate weekends.

As a Registered Nurse with MMCG, you'll play a vital role in shaping personalised care plans, supporting residents' wellbeing and ensuring safe, effective clinical practice. You'll be a role model for your team, a champion for dignity, and a trusted advocate for those in your care. Your nursing expertise will directly influence quality of life, safety and positive outcomes for every resident.

• Medication administration, documentation and care planning
• Leading shifts as Nurse in Charge, ensuring safe staffing and smooth operations
• Providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to residents
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance
• Liaising with GPs, external professionals and multi-disciplinary teams
• Preparing MDT reports to support positive outcomes and coordinated care for residents
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team to develop skills, confidence and safe practice
