We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service on a full‑time basis (37.5 hours/week). You will join a team that prides itself on quality food and customer care, and you’ll have every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people.

Shift patterns: 3 out of 7 days.

• Serve customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
• Be knowledgeable about our service and help customers with natural, engaging service.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.

• Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
• Be an excellent team player with great communication skills.
• Have a desire to succeed in your role.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate great time‑keeping and reliability.
