Contract:

8‑hour/day, weekdays and weekends required. You'll report to the Shop Manager and sit within the Retail team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
  • Maintain an understanding of shop KPIs and work to continuously improve them.
  • Promote multichannel shopping by using the mobile POS (mPOS) to show customers cross‑channel product availability and create endless‑aisle orders.
  • Engage customers with the brand: sign them up to email newsletters, tag their purchases to their profiles, and send e‑receipts in line with data protection regulations.
  • Use knowledge of promotions or discounts to inform customers and increase sales.
  • Assist in events including Customer Event and preview evenings.
Product Presentation and Visual Standards
  • Maintain high visual standards in store.
  • Support floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and replenishment.
  • Understand product features (fits, style, fabrics) and explain them to customers to support buying decisions.
Shop Operations
  • Process deliveries efficiently and ensure products are replenished and available on the shop floor.
  • Support stock management processes such as stocktakes.
  • Use company resources (White Stuff website, Looking White Stuff, the Tea Room, email communications, window guidelines and brand posts) to engage customers and ensure compliance with daily/weekly actions.
  • Be a team player and participate actively in team briefs.
  • Understand and comply with Health & Safety and emergency procedures in store.
  • Maintain a professional approach to internal customers, head office departments, centre management (where applicable) and visitors.
  • Efficiently and accurately fulfil Ship From Store and Click + Collect processes.
Doing Good
  • Be aware of the charity partner and the positive impact, supporting any events or charity promotions.
  • Understand the approach to ethical sourcing and environmental impact and be able to explain this to customers and the team.
