Ready to build something special in Harrogate? We’re opening a brand‑new store at 15,000sqft that blends retail trade with a premium Kitchen & Bathroom Design & Installation showroom. The Store Manager will lead both the fast‑paced retail floor and high‑ticket project sales, working closely across the region and traveling occasionally to our York store.

The Store Manager is essential to our success. We expect a proven leader who can drive team performance, manage safety, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

• Organise and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
• Motivate colleagues and serve customers, ensuring the right products and promotions are available.
• Maintain store safety and compliance.
• Manage cash and inventory control.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial performance and KPIs.
• Travel to the York store as required.

• Previous experience as a store manager in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and “can‑do” spirit.
• Understanding of financials, KPI exposure, and target‑setting.
• Ability to recruit and develop high‑performing teams.

• Up to 15% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain‑share bonus.
