Retail Security Officer

Pay rate: £13.96 per hour for 18 hours per week across various shifts (to be discussed at interview).

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Preferred: current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training can be provided in some circumstances). Must have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history. Failure to provide may result in withdrawal of offer or termination.

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service
• Deter violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilize CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with store management teams
• Liaise with Police and crime partnerships to foster a strong working relationship
