We are looking for a Team leader to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate should be physically fit as this is a very hands on role and some heavy lifting will be involved.

Experience in building or similar retail experience is preferred.

Plant knowledge is ideal,

Duties will include:
  • Supervising duties including key holder opening and closing store as required
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Organising team schedules and any staff issues.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.
  • Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.
  • Business compliance in accordance with Health and Safety and food safety laws and regulations.
