Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service that reflects the brand's identity and values. Lead the team to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability targets, identifying opportunities to maximise commercial performance. Maintain consistently high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and day-to-day operations. Stock management, team rotas, health & safety, and company procedures.
