My client is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their Award-Winning Estate Agent, who are committed to consistently delivering a high standard of performance, service and advice to all customers. The Sales Progressor will be tenacious, accurate, driven and committed - be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the sales progression process. The successful candidate will have a passion to be part of the sales process from the moment the sale has agreed, through to exchange and completion.

This is a paramount role which is built on relationships, trust and clear communication.

• Guiding the customer through every step of the after sales process
• Liaising with mortgage brokers, surveyors and conveyancers
• Updating all parties and managing the process in an efficient manner
• Delivering a first-class customer experience

• 1 year industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of the after sales & conveyancing process
• Good communicator
  
  Exceptional organisation
• The ability to solve problems, with good attention to detail
