Advisor; Fluent Italian – Student Accommodation

Overview

We are recruiting a fluent Italian-speaking Advisor based in Harrogate on an 8-12 week temporary contract. This role involves handling incoming enquiries across multiple channels and converting interest into viewings and bookings through a structured sales process.

• Manage enquiries across phone, live chat, email, web and social media
• Convert sales leads into viewing appointments and confirmed bookings
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on all enquiries
• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• Deliver daily and weekly sales targets, including conversion tracking
• Accurately update booking systems and CRM databases
• Ensure all enquiries are logged and sales processes are followed correctly
• Maintain strong knowledge of properties, USPs and current activity
• Liaise with on-site property teams to support local sales activity
• Ensure deadlines are met and data is maintained accurately
• Comply with health and safety policies and company procedures
• Work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues across the business

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – essential
• Very strong written English skills for customer communication
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Negotiation skills and a proactive sales approach
• Sales experience preferred but not essential
