As a Sales Agent, you’ll speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and match them with solutions that genuinely make a difference. This is a high‑energy, people‑focused role where your communication skills and drive will set you apart.

• Speaking with potential customers via inbound & outbound calls
• Asking the right questions to understand customer requirements
• Closing sales and hitting monthly targets
• Keeping internal systems up to date
• Building confidence fast in a supportive, coaching‑led environment
• Forming client relationships from the initial point of contact, to becoming a dependable manager of their account

• Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
• Target‑driven and motivated by hitting goals
• Adaptable, coachable, and open to new ways of working
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
