Are you looking for the next step, the transition from Senior Sales to Sales Manager?

We are looking for a senior sales executive who excels in his current role in car sales looking to move up in the next 12 months to sales manager by proving themselves and by being trained by ourselves to understand and implement our process

You must be self driven, hardworking, enthusiastic and above all else be prepared to adapt to our process whilst retaining your own charisma, charm and character

• You must have at least 3 years car sales experience within a dealership environment.
• You must have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate an ability to excel in profit and accessory sales.

This position suits only top-quality candidates who have dynamic drive, a positive can do attitude, are hardworking and who have the ambition to succeed in this role.

Leadership and self-motivation must come naturally.

The hours will be long and the work hard, but the rewards will be worthwhile and make the next step easier to achieve.

The salary and package are reflective of this position. This commission scheme is set up for you to win, the position includes as below
