We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our energetic Sales & Marketing team – someone who’s ready to shake things up and make big things happen.

About the Role

Reporting to our Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial success. This isn’t your typical desk job – it s a predominantly field-based role where you ll be out meeting clients, generating new business, and building strategic partnerships across the Meetings & Events (M&E), corporate, and leisure segments.

You’ll also be a key player in executing a 360-degree sales, marketing, and PR approach that pushes boundaries and delivers results. In addition to:

  • Driving new business growth with a laser focus on exceeding KPIs
  • Actively prospecting and securing corporate and MICE business
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Developing and penetrating strategic accounts to boost revenue
  • Collaborating closely with the wider commercial team to ensure maximum ROI
  • Supporting innovative campaigns and initiatives that elevate our market presence
