We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and commercially focused Wedding & Events Sales Executive to join the Sales & Events team at Rudding Park.

The role is responsible for maximising revenue and converting enquiries across the full range of weddings, private events, meetings, celebrations and special occasions.

You will be responsible for managing enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that every customer receives a professional, personal and inspiring experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days, with 1 in 2 weekends per month. Shift Patterns vary from 8am - 4.30pm, 8.30am
-5pm, 9am - 5.30pm, 10.30am - 7pm.

• Manage wedding and event enquiries received by telephone, email, website and other sales channels.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring every potential booking receives a high-quality sales experience.
• Qualify enquiries to establish the clients requirements, event type, preferred dates, guest numbers, budget and expectations.
• Manage enquiries through the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Proactively follow up outstanding enquiries, proposals and quotations to maximise conversion.
• Conduct venue tours and client appointments, confidently presenting Rudding Park's facilities, products and services.
• Prepare personalised proposals and quotations that demonstrate the value and benefits of choosing Rudding Park.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue across accommodation, food and beverage, meeting rooms, event spaces, spa and other services.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact throughout the enquiry and booking process.
• Work towards agreed sales, conversion and revenue targets.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and identify opportunities to increase conversion and revenue.
• Develop an excellent understanding of competitor venues and market trends.
• Work towards agreed individual and team revenue targets.

• Enhanced pay- 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
• Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
