Treatment Co-ordinator

You’ll be joining us at the Guisborough practice, 1 High Cliff View, Guisborough, TS14 6AY
, England. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.

This role would suit a Dental Nurse who wants a change of direction.

The working pattern for this role will be 3 days per week flexible on days.

This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

• Monitor and report on marketing performance
• Support patients through their treatment journey
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
• Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
• Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
• Confidence using all social platforms
• Great at building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
• Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
• Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
