We are hiring immediately for full and part time CASHIER, LEAD positions.

Location:

6965 Cumberland Gap Parkway, Harrogate, TN 37752 (online applications accepted only).

Schedule:

Nights and weekends. Pay range: $11.75 to $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains guest services in accordance with company standards. Expedites guest transactions and ensures guest satisfaction at the service desk. Controls all cash and media materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets and acknowledges every guest; maintains solid product knowledge; provides outstanding guest service.
• Oversees and authorizes guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, check authorization, charge sends, and discretion discounts; ensures PoS transaction completion and proper cash control.
• Helps train cashiers and cross‑trains other associates.
• Helps prepare daily deposits, change and media; accesses safe combinations and keys at some locations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and supports loss‑prevention efforts.
• Oversees productivity, breaks and daily scheduling of cashiers; communicates performance issues to management.
• Maintains front‑end supplies.
• Helps provide guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Covers cashier shifts when call‑offs occur.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
