Semi Senior

Our client is seeking a dedicated Semi Senior to join their team based in Harrow. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to further develop their expertise within a reputable firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with planning and completing audits, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, and delivering high-quality work to clients.

You will work closely with senior team members to analyse financial statements, identify issues, and provide insights to clients. The role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in a semi senior position within an audit environment
• Audit Fieldwork:
  Execute substantive and analytical audit testing on-site or remotely.
• File Preparation:
  Prepare complete audit files, working papers, and financial statements under UK GAAP or FRS 102/IFRS.
• Assisting Seniors:
  Support managers and seniors on larger, complex audits and occasionally lead smaller or straightforward client audits
• Experience with audit planning, fieldwork, and completion
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with clients and team members effectively
• Relevant professional qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
