Clark Wood are currently working with a highly regarded and growing independent firm of accountants in Harrow who are looking to recruit an experienced Mixed Tax Senior to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional looking for a broad and varied role, offering exposure across Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, Accounts and Advisory work.
The successful individual will manage a diverse portfolio of clients including owner-managed businesses, group companies, international businesses and individuals, property companies, directors and high-net-worth individuals.
You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Self-Assessment and Corporation Tax Returns, alongside statutory accounts preparation and dealing directly with clients on a range of tax and accounting matters.
The role also offers excellent exposure to more complex work, including international tax matters, overseas income, non-residence and cross-border considerations, as well as group company structures.
Working closely with the Partners and Managers, you will have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in tax planning, advisory assignments and project work, while also assisting with the development and review of junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an accountancy practice and will have a strong background across Personal and Corporate Tax, alongside experience with statutory accounts preparation.
ATT, ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified or part-qualified candidates would be preferred, although individuals who are qualified by experience with a strong relevant background will also be considered.
