About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised Legal Secretary to join a long‑established firm in Harrow. You'll mainly support the Private Client team, with some help needed in conveyancing and litigation when things get busy.

What You'll Be Doing

Drafting and preparing documents for wills, probate and general private client work
Managing emails, calls and client correspondence
Booking appointments and keeping files tidy and up to date
Helping the conveyancing team with contracts, statements, and client updates
Assisting litigation with standard forms and document prep when required
General admin: audio typing, scanning, photocopying, file management

What We're Looking For

Experience as a legal secretary (private client experience is a bonus!)
Strong typing and document‑production skills
Great communication and organisational abilities
Happy to help across departments when needed
Friendly, professional and able to work independently Benefits
