School Data Officer Harrow | September Start

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in school data and administration? We are recruiting a School Data Officer for a welcoming and supportive school in Harrow, starting September.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the school's data management and administrative functions.

The Role:

Manage and maintain the school's Management Information System (MIS)
Ensure pupil data is accurate, up to date, and compliant
Produce reports and analyse data for senior leaders
Support attendance, admissions, and census returns
Work closely with school staff to ensure the smooth running of data processes

We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working with school data or administration
Knowledge of school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom) is desirable
Excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
A proactive and reliable approach to work
