We are representing a highly reputable accident repair group in their search for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy facility in Harrow, Greater London. This is a unique Bodyshop Manager opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage a modern, high-volume accident repair centre, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties of a Bodyshop Manager
  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow from start to finish
  • Conduct daily team meetings to communicate targets, delegate tasks, and address issues
  • Manage repair progress and vehicle status updates in collaboration with regional management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while overseeing equipment use
  • Supervise parts ordering and manage work volumes for incoming and ongoing jobs
  • Maintain high standards of repair quality and process consistency
  • Monitor and control stock levels of supplies and materials
  • Ensure all vehicles undergo complete 10-stage repair imaging for accuracy
  • Support, motivate, and develop workshop staff to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Bodyshop Manager
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar leadership position within the automotive repair sector
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and confident leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in IT systems used for repair management and reporting
  • Knowledge of modern repair procedures, health and safety standards
  • A team player who fosters a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction
