We're growing fast following recent organisational changes and the opening of our brand-new office in Harrow. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious sales professional to own and scale a Business Support desk recruiting for customer service, admin and office support roles across Uxbridge, Ruislip & Rickmansworth.

Location: Harrow - 5-minute walk from Harrow on the Hill station, brand-new officesSalary: Up to £35,500 depending on experience plus uncapped bonusSpecialism: Business Support (Customer Service, Admin and Office Support roles)Experience Level: Open to Trainees with strong sales backgrounds

What You'll Be Doing:

• Winning new business across Commerce & Industry focusing on Customer Service, Sales, Junior HR, Junior Marketing, Data Entry & admin roles

• Building long-term client partnerships through outbound calls, BD, networking, and market mapping

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Visiting clients regularly across the Uxbridge patch (driving required)

• Representing the Reed brand in a region with big growth plans
