New Way Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established care organisation in the appointment of an experienced Ofsted Care Homes Consultant
.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional with strong Ofsted and regulatory experience to provide expert guidance, support and compliance advice across care homes nationwide.

• Providing expert advice on Ofsted regulations, compliance and inspection readiness
• Conducting compliance audits, reviews and mock inspections
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing practical action plans
• Supporting care homes before, during and after Ofsted inspections
• Reviewing policies, procedures, records and care documentation
• Advising managers and senior teams on regulatory requirements
• Supporting improvements in safeguarding, quality and governance
• Monitoring compliance and identifying potential areas of risk
• Keeping up to date with changes to Ofsted guidance, legislation and best practice
• Working collaboratively with care home management teams to drive continuous improvement
• Travelling to care homes across the UK as required

• We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable care professional who understands the demands of Ofsted-regulated services and can provide practical, expert advice.
• Proven experience working within the care sector
• Demonstrable Ofsted experience within the care sector
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes
• Experience with compliance, audits, quality assurance or regulatory inspections
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently advise senior management
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required
• A professional, supportive and solutions-focused approach
