We currently have a vacancy working for one of the leading main contractors in the country on a large £10m new build school project in Harrow. The role is due to last for 3-4 months as it is covering someone on maternity leave but there is potential for it to go on longer as there are numerous other projects in the area to move on to.

You will need to have experience of covering all areas of the project from procurement through to agreeing valuations for sub-contractors and dealing with any problems quickly and efficiently. You will be based on site with a Junior QS assisting you and should have a proven background of delivering projects under budget and working with sub-contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Additionally it would be beneficial if you have experience of new build school projects.
