- Measuring works and preparing accurate records of completed works
- Producing and maintaining records of works sheets
- Assisting in the preparation of draft applications for payment
- Supporting the commercial team with basic estimating and pricing tasks
- Attending site visits alongside the Contracts Manager to understand project delivery
- Liaising with site teams to gather information and verify works completed
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date project documentation
- Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.
- Confidence on site and in the office.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Any construction-related experience is suitable
- Ideally 12 months post-graduation experience
