This on-site role, based in Harrow, is for an Estimator/Business Development professional. The role involves preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, identifying and fostering client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, gathering data for preparing quotations, presenting proposals, and collaborating with the team to ensure successful project bids. This position requires robust technical expertise, a keen commercial understanding, and effective communication skills.

• Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Analyzing Construction Plans, and Preparing Quotations
• Experience in Business Development and Building Client Relationships
• Strong background in Project Management and logistical planning
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Attention to Detail and Ability to Work Under Deadlines
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools
• Previous experience in formwork or groundwork construction is highly advantageous
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
