Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Regeneration contractor who are running a E.W.I, roofing and externals scheme in Harrow. Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to over see the running of the scheme on a temporary to permanent contract.
The successful Manager will preferably come from a background within the social housing sector and be based within the Harrow area.
Responsibilities- Managing trades and subcontractors such as Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Plasterers, Labourers on a daily basis.
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
- Reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
- Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too
- SMSTS
- First Aid At Work
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience in the Social Housing Sector as a Manager/Supervisor
- Own transport
- Monday - Friday working week, 40-45 Hours per Week
- Temporary to permanent position after 12 - 16 weeks
- Permanent annual salary is to be confirmed
