Undergraduate Quantity Surveyor - Industrial Placement

Start your career journey with Toureen and gain hands‑on experience within a leading construction environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic undergraduate Quantity Surveying student to join our Toureen Retail team for an industrial placement (sandwich year) from September
2026 to July
2027. Based at our Head Office in Harrow, you will work alongside our experienced commercial team, gaining valuable insight into the full lifecycle of construction projects. This placement provides the opportunity to develop practical skills, build industry knowledge and gain experience aligned with RICS competencies, supporting your future APC pathway. As part of our award‑winning Retail and Petroleum division, you will be involved in a diverse range of projects, including the development of petrol stations and EV charging facilities, alongside the construction and fit‑out of retail buildings.

• Attending site visits and gaining practical project experience
• Quantity take‑offs and measurement from construction drawings
• Confident working with Excel and spreadsheets

• A desire to pursue a career in Quantity Surveying and construction
• Able to travel to project sites when required (access to your own vehicle is desirable)
