Job - Customer Service Operations Coordinator
Salary
-30k plus call out (1 in 4 weeks) bonus
Location - Harrow location

My well-established client looking for someone who has experience in one or more of the following areas:

Customer service or helpdesk environments
Repairs administration or scheduling
Plumbing and heating, building services, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), or facilities management
Contract support or maintenance coordination

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong Excel and reporting skills and the ability to analyse operational data to support service performance. You will be confident monitoring expenditure, identifying trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement, producing accurate reports, and supporting process improvements to help deliver an efficient, high-quality service.

You will also have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with internal teams, contractors and customers, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

You will be expected to be on call which will be 1 in 4 weeks (details to be explained)

The role has the potential to go to hybrid - mainly 3 office / 2 home - this will be after a qualifying period
