The role – Learning Support Assistant
I am currently working with a warm and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Harrow that is seeking a committed and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will support students who require additional academic, social, or emotional assistance. You will work alongside teachers in the classroom, deliver targeted interventions, and collaborate with the SEN team to ensure each student receives tailored support to help them progress.
The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about helping young people succeed. Experience working with SEND students or supporting learning within a school setting is highly desirable.
