• As an Learning Support assistant you will support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children.
• Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement

• In order to work as an Learning Support Assistant, you must remain positive, resilient and have a caring approach to working with children
• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive
• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable
• Experience working with children in some sort of professional setting
• A commitment to personal and professional growth
