Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for an experienced QTS SEN ICT Teacher to join a SEN school in Harrow, Northwest London.

We are recruiting for a long‑term position at a specialist SEN school and Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Harrow Weald. The role is for a SEN ICT Class Teacher and the cover will be needed until July 2026, with the possibility to extend further or lead to permanent opportunities. The PRU serves students aged 5‑16 who cannot attend mainstream schools and supports a small cohort of 35‑36 pupils.
The school is rated Good by Ofsted and offers a nurturing environment to meet the diverse needs of its learners.
- Qualified ICT class teacher with experience in SEN or SEMH settings
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons across the ICT curriculum
- Creative, hands‑on approach to engaging and inspiring learners
- Understanding of trauma‑informed practice and support for disengaged students
- QTS
- At least 1 year of experience teaching SEN or SEMH students
- Valid Enhanced DBS Child and Adult Workforce registration on the Update Service
- Two recent professional references, ideally from an education setting
