This full‑time SEND Teaching Assistant role is ideal for an Aspiring Psychologist looking to build meaningful experience working with children with additional needs.

  September 2026 – July 2027
• Pay
  : £450‑£480 per week (PAYE inclusive of holiday pay)
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEND
• Collaborate closely with SENDCos

This Aspiring Psychologist role is perfect for a psychology graduate or someone with a strong interest in educational psychology, child psychology, or related fields.

• A degree in Psychology or a related field with a minimum 2:1 classification
• Genuine passion for working with children with SEND
• Proactive and compassionate mindset, with excellent communication skills
