This Oxbridge Graduate opportunity runs from September 2026 to July 2027, offering a full academic year of structured school experience, training, and progression. An Oxbridge Graduate will gain invaluable insight into classroom practice while working alongside experienced teachers and subject specialists.

• £480‑£535 per week PAYE (depending on hours)
• Full academic year placement
• Ideal for an Oxbridge Graduate planning PGCE, SCITT or Teach First routes
• Strong mentoring and CPD opportunities
• Experience supporting GCSE and A Level learners

• Provide academic support across KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Lead small group interventions and 1:1 support
• Assist high-achieving students with subject-specific learning
• Observe excellent teaching practice across the school
• Build essential classroom and behaviour management skills
