• Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 available for suitable candidates.
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire a love of reading and writing.
• Assessing progress and providing meaningful feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
• Creating a positive classroom environment where every learner feels supported and challenged.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop an exciting and engaging curriculum.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities and extracurricular activities.

• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching English within a UK secondary school.
• Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills.
• Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
• Is passionate about inspiring young people and building positive relationships.
• Works well as part of a collaborative team and is committed to ongoing professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
