Early Years Graduate Assistant – Brent
Are you a graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience working with young children before progressing into teacher training or a long‑term career in education?
Brent location, based in Kenton, offers a fantastic opportunity for a patient, proactive and enthusiastic graduate to support children aged 2‑5 during a key stage of their development.
Role Details- Bent location:
Kenton, Brent - Start:
September 2026 - Full‑time, term‑time only
- Working across Nursery and Reception
- Potential route into teacher training
- Opportunity to earn a permanent contract for graduates who impress
- Support class teachers with phonics, early maths, communication, play‑based learning, routines, behaviour and small group activities.
- Help children build confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Experience working with children aged 2‑11 (experience with 2‑5 desirable but not essential).
- Graduate serious about a future in Primary Teaching, Early Years Education, Child Development or Educational Psychology.
