Teaching Assistant

Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant – ASAP Start Until July
An OFSTED-rated 'Good' primary school in Harrow is
seeking a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join
their team immediately on a full-time basis until July . This is a
fantastic opportunity to support students’ learning in a nurturing
and dynamic environment, helping children to reach their full
potential.

The Role:

Providing general classroom support ,
assisting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and
maintaining an engaging learning environment. Working with students
on 1:1 or small group interventions , helping them with specific
learning goals and overcoming any challenges they may face.
Supporting children with a range of learning needs and ensuring
they are included in all classroom activities. Helping to prepare
teaching resources and materials, as well as supporting classroom
organisation and displays. Building positive relationships with
students, supporting their emotional and social development. The
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in
a similar role is preferred but not essential. Passionate about
working with children and fostering their growth and development.
Able to support students with varying levels of ability and provide
tailored learning assistance. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working as part of a
collaborative team. Patient, adaptable, and proactive, with a
desire to make a positive difference in students’ learning
