Working closely with curriculum teams, Learning Support Assistants, and external professionals, you will provide personalised support to help learners develop their literacy, numeracy, communication, independence, and employability skills. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to learners across a range of curriculum areas.
• Support students to develop literacy, numeracy, communication, and study skills.
• Assist learners in achieving their individual learning goals and EHCP outcomes.
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience, and independence.
• Support learners with social, emotional, and behavioural needs where required.
