Teaching Assistant - Harrow | September 2026 Start

Teaching Assistants required to join an 'Outstanding' secondary school in Harrow from September 2026.

Prospero Teaching is working with a fantastic Outstanding secondary school in Harrow that is looking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join their supportive SEN department from September 2026.

We welcome applications from Psychology Graduates, Graduates, and experienced Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people.

The successful candidates will support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH and behavioural needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Teaching Assistant Information

Psychology Graduates, Graduates and experienced Teaching Assistants are all encouraged to apply.

Full Time (8:00am - 3:30pm/4:00pm, plus parents' evenings where required)
Pay: £95 - £110 per day, depending on experience

Person Specification

A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience working with young people.
Psychology degree desirable but not essential.
Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
A positive, proactive and reliable approach to working within a school environment.
