SEND TA- School

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a supportive and well‑resourced primary school in Harrow who are looking to appoint a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The role will involve supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties
, on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The school prides itself on its inclusive approach and strong SEN support structure.

• Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assist the class teacher with adapting learning activities
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Provide support with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (desirable)
• Patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for supporting students with additional needs
