Our Client are seeking to appoint a full-time ESOL Lecturer to teach on both full and part-time ESOL courses across a range of levels from Pre-Entry to Level
2. This role includes delivering group tutorials, numeracy, and IT for ESOL, with a focus on High Needs learners. The position may also involve some evening teaching.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons to a diverse group of learners, including High Needs students, across various levels from Pre-Entry to Level 2.
• Conduct group tutorials and provide personalised support to enhance student learning and success.
• Teach numeracy and IT/Essential Digital Skills to ESOL students, integrating these skills into the language learning process.
• Prepare and deliver vocational subjects from Entry to Level 1.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage and guide learners.
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure the courses meet the needs of the students and comply with the latest educational standards.
