An exciting opportunity has arisen for an English Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Harrow on a temporary basis, covering a sabbatical from the last week of September until December 2026.

Suitable for experienced teachers and strong ECTs

You will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high expectations and contributing positively to the wider life of the department.

The school has a strong record of academic success, with 81% of recent A-level grades awarded at A–B and a 100% pass rate. Some cohorts have achieved 100% A–B grades.

Alongside its focus on academic outcomes, the school places significant importance on high-quality teaching, excellent behaviour and professional development. Staff benefit from regular CPD, coaching and subject-specific development opportunities.
