Your Experience Has Got You This Far. Where Could It Take You Next?

You've learned how to build relationships with young people.

You've developed strategies for difficult days, adapted your approach when something hasn't worked and discovered that progress rarely looks the same for two pupils.

Those are valuable skills.

Now you may be looking for an opportunity that allows you to develop them further and take the next step professionally.

A supportive education setting in Harrow is looking for an experienced SEND Progression Lead to join its team from January.

You'll play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to education while gaining broader experience that can support your own progression within SEND, pastoral support or education leadership.

Your next position should give you something you didn't have before.

That might be greater experience of EHCPs and personalised provision.

It could be delivering interventions, developing behaviour-support strategies or working more closely with a SENCO.

Perhaps you want greater exposure to SEMH, autism, pastoral support or complex learning needs.

This role is designed to give you practical experience you can build on.
